This program is designed for individuals who are in need of weight loss. Equipment can be from home or in the gym. You don't need experience with lifting weights as videos in the program will demonstrate proper form.
What you get
3-4 workout days per week, one being optional, with gym or home equipment. Additional exercising is encouraged and can be implemented if your schedule permits it. Weekly video feedback and review from your coach. Tools to keep track of your workouts and nutrition.
*Additional: A 4 week onboarding is recommended: 4 or more 30/50 min. 1-on-1 virtual sessions that aide in the learning of form and equipment.

1-7 workout days per week with gym or home equipment or if it is in-person equipment will be provided. Additional exercising is encouraged and can be implemented if your schedule permits it. Weekly video feedback and review from your coach. Tools to keep track of your workouts and nutrition. Accountability and encouragement.
